Super Mom – Biz Woman, with No Need for Her ‘FAT Safe House’ Anymore.

Do you want to know why you’re in the body you’re in?

I did for years, I wanted to know why I had this body and why not her’s, even if we did the same sport and diets.

I just knew there was something wonderful behind the way my body shaped itself. Beyond the diets, detoxes and the gym. This very quest and knowing since I was a child, has molded and driven me to become the Body Whisperer today, and to support women to discover the very undercurrent that is running the very foundations of her, that creates her body as she see’s it today. The undercurrent that shifts our shape and either stores or releases the fat, and creates or releases the physical symptoms such as; sciatica, infertility, skin complaints to any disease, these are the bodies personal calling card to get our attention, and allow us to change what we are doing and have going on inside ourselves. Once we know and we have learnt how we can adjust the flow of our undercurrent, we can truly become the woman we always dreamt we could be, and .

To this very cause, I have a transcript of a regular initial coaching call that I did last year, that resulted in this woman in just a few short weeks, to become her wiser lighter self. Altering her habitual undercurrent she lost the internal weight, and became conscious of her responses , she saw how she could release of the ‘Fat Safe House’ she had created.
You have to know, that there is an unseen, undiscovered undercurrent that is running through your body right now, that influences your cells, metabolism and molecular structure to store fat, or create other unwanted physical symptoms. Once we find that undercurrent, also recognized as the metaphysical reasons we create illness, it becomes easier to release it, and easier to know what to do next, to allow the woman you have always dreamt of being to really live and breathe.

TRANSCRIPT.

Me; Hi Lina, you came to this session because you are interested in understanding why you have continued to gain weight, despite all your efforts, and you want to know how you can release the body from storing this fat.
Lina; Yes. Simply I have come to hate my body but know that there is way more going on here than just food in and food out. I want to know what I am doing that’s causing this fat storage and weight gain.
Me; Ok lets start by asking you this; What is going on for you right now Lina, what is taking up most of your attention and your energy?
Lina; Wow… I don’t even want to talk about it. I get so overwhelmed with everything. I am close to tears. There just aren’t enough hours in the day to do all that I have to do. I moved back here to be away from an ex partner who was violent and to start all over again. To protect myself and my son. I have a new identity and now that I have started my own business from home and I am home schooling. I’m happier but, I am full on all the time.
What I’m most embarrassed about is my temper, the rages I get into when I’m interrupted, the door bell, the telephone, even what I see on the TV. My time and space being infiltrated. I have stopped all negative and violent media.
Me; Great keep going, how do you feel when you are interrupted. What going on in your head your thoughts?
Lina; I feel exposed, weak, vulnerable and violated.
Me; Thank you Lina. I would like to just re cap on what you said, and what I picked up. Your overwhelmed and you have taken action to protect yourself and your son. You’ve got a lot going on and so much to do, and don’t know what to do or where to start sometimes. I have the feeling in my stomach that you are so tight, like you have a fist under the ribs, all knotted up and on your guard all the time. Would that be right? It makes me feel like I want to be sick. Ah – I just got “Sick from worry.”
The interruptions are your sign that your space has been invaded, your invisible boundaries crossed without permission.
Lina; I have never thought about what it feels like inside my body, but now you point it out yes I feel sick, oh very sick, I could actually be sick now.
Me; Yes, URG I feel that too. Ok so a big question here – What feeling do you want to have most of all?
Lina; I don’t know…… Um I need to feel I’ve got security, financially, and a safe home, but also freedom and that I am protected to protect my son, and myself. We left in the middle of the night and fled back here over 3 years ago. We left a violent and abusive relationship and I was so scared. But because of my son I made it all happen.
Me; I also got the words and feelings of ‘assurance’ and ‘safety’ so that feels true and marries up with what you expressed , Thank you.
Lina. I’m feeling sick at just the though of it all again.
Me; Excellent you’ve got the feeling that you needed to find out, and that is, what it is that you are avoiding and distracting yourself from. This feeling that you’ll do anything to avoid feeling ever again. That bit is really important. We’ll come back to that later. Well done.
Now I heard you and I felt it in your body too – so now I want to ask you; what do you want to feel most of all instead?
Lina, Phew – I’ve never gone there – Ok so I want to feel; secure, safe, protected.
Me; Great, these are words, your still in your head, drop down like I showed you how to drop your conscious awareness into your body, re connect and go again, What do you want to feel most of all?
Lina, Oh that’s different. I feel…relaxed
Me; Ok what does that bring you ? What lies under that?
Lina, It feels as if I am …. Free
Me, Great, Ok what does that bring you ? What lies under that?
LIna, ……. Ah I feel Peaceful. I really do I feel peaceful. Wow what a great feeling that is.
Me; Good work Lina, well done. Now can you feel where you feel peaceful? Where exactly is that in your body? What experience does that give you?
Lina, My whole entire body just relaxed, oh and my stomach is gurgling. Why is that?
Me; When your body relaxes it speaks to you, it’s a great sign of energy moving and you’ve released that tight grip you had. Try again feel the peaceful feeling and describe it.
Lina, I’m free, I feel invincible, my heart expands. I take in a big huge breath and it keeps on coming. I’m calm every where, OMG even my head is calm.
Me, Good stuff. Its really great stuff this peace drug, don’t you think?
This is the feeling that is going to serve you the most right now, in your next phase. So if we can anchor that in and know where to re find it when your most stressed, when you have that feeling ( your trigger ) that you need to be vigilant, when you have those worrying thoughts and hate that knock at the door, call on the phone and even get mad at the unsolicited adverts on the TV – the peace drug will help you out.
Lina; OMG I get so angry when I am interrupted, I am really not nice at all. I am embarrassed to say. I really hate being interrupted, I hold it all in – then I explode. Why do I do that?
Me, Don’t worry we are seeing what has you triggered, and what is influencing you and what you are carrying around with you still, and the undercurrent flows under everything else in your day, that has you acting in ways that don’t serve you any more; Its good to know that isn’t it?
Lina, Sure, but how do I deal with it?
Me, So now you told me before how you have tried to set up your day to stop these interruptions, stopped watching negative TV and all negative violent media, you’ve protected yourself and avoided the feeling you most dislike.
But here is the funny thing, the universe has a weird way of acting and provoking, poking and prodding you with the feeling you are trying to avoid the most in your life. Can you see that?
The lack of peace you so desire, the lack of secure feelings, are being disturbed by the unpredictably of innocent telephone calls, cold calls, people selling stuff door to door, which raises the feelings of being violated and being overwhelmed, and so the further need to protect yourself, and create an even more safe space for yourself. Can you see that – how does that feel?
Lina, that’s clear I can see that and I understand it too. So now what? How does that come round to the fact that I’m here for losing weight…. Or is it that the weight is an extra protection. OK But I’ve dieted and it does not shift!
Me; So here we are our revelation Number #1. The body is protecting you, and no restriction of food will ever release you from what you carry on the inside with a diet. Do you get that? The laying down of fat every time you feel overwhelmed, worried, violated, unsafe etc. Which simply put is the undercurrent you have going on. The flight or fight undercurrent is influencing the fat storage for protection, a safer house.

It seems obvious the stress running causes the hormones to be released that are well known for fat storage on the belly and body in general, and because you always expect to be on guard you keep storing fat to use when you need to run. This is why the body needs to do the inside work first before the fat can be released and no longer feel it has to store it as a means of protection.

Lina; Oh wow! So that’s what I have created myself, just by my thoughts. I created a ‘FATTY safe house’ for myself.
Me; Yes, indeed. And are you ready to feel and choose peace in the next phase instead, and to have that influence your body in the way you want?. It means re learning some foundational steps and taking control of your cells, metabolism and metabolic state.

The clear bit is that the body shows us with her physical symptoms, what she needs you to take care of, and this needs de-coded and interpret from the body’s messages to us, and from the events that surround us, these show us clearly what we are allowing to influence us.
So the anger and the more emotionally overwhelmed you get, is actually a great sign that we can interpret.

Your energy is also requiring some re routing and guidance, so that you can start protecting yourself internally. Currently you are energetically wide open to let every little thing in, and that is why you are getting so overwhelmed. Manipulate your internal energy, your force field if you like, and all interruptions will stop and you will feel safer and more in control. This is the energetic work.

Your thoughts, beliefs and stories are just perpetuating the fear and worry and need for extra protection every day. Change those too and you can feel peaceful in every situation you encounter. This is you becoming the woman you wanted to become into the next phase of your life. So that you can finally settle down and finally be at peace. Does that sound good?
Then your body will thank you by releasing the stored fat that which was in fact stored unresolved and undigested emotions.

Now are you willing to learn what you can do immediately to overcome that undercurrent, that you have allowed to influence you and your molecular structure for way too long. Are you ready to stop that flow of the undercurrent that has you in it’s downward spiral?
Lina; YES please.

Lina went on to lose her weight and create a peaceful safe place to work and bring up her son. She no longer gets upset by knocks at the door or unwanted interruptions. She’s an all round much lighter, happier and wiser woman, who loves her lighter body too.
