I Had Flat Belly Envy of Another Women – How does she do that?

 

I found myself envying a woman with the perfect flat belly, but she and I were eating the same types of foods and doing the same kind of exercise, so what was the problem?

It was back in 2012 and, when I finally stopped comparing myself to her, and asked my body, as I often do, WHY I was hanging onto this weight, I had a revelation.

My initial foray into body whispering, allowed me to finally see that the endless years spent hating on my physical body had caused responding stress, acidity, pain, and – you’ve got it – a layer of protective fat around my endlessly criticised belly.

You see, there is nothing more responsive than your body to your thoughts and feelings.
In fact, everything that you see on the outside – health problems, weight gain, discomfort – is simply a mirror to the way you are feeling on the inside.

When you finally realise that, you can begin to create health, vitality and that perfect flat belly from the inside out. Emotionally leading a brand new relationship with food, with exercise, and with your beautiful body. Even if it’s not as you want it to be just yet.
