Week 2 : Who is really running the show? Understand what hormones are causing a riot in your body and how to calm them down.
Week 3 : Let go and release your old understandings, and values around food and eating. What else are you hanging onto?
Week 4 : How to choose your best nutrition for yourself? Finding your missing nutrients and how to be truly fulfilled.
Week 5 : How to hack into your body’s communication? What are you setting up as the stage and foundations and what are her responses?
Week 6 : Give yourself strategies to establish strong bonds with your body.
Week 7 : My Body a love story! Discover what love feels like, feel the love your body holds for you.
Week 8 : Are you ready to receive what you’ve been asking for? Become the woman you dream of becoming!
During the course we will cover a lot of material that releases the blocks and stops you have in place that guard and hold onto your weight.
There will be a weekly theme and some clearing work to do and feed back on each week, which is essential to keep you aligned with what you are working towards.
We will cover the fundamentals that are causing the chemical reactions in your body and making your body create hormones that hold the weight. We will learn how to re set and trigger new hormones that release the weight with ease.
We will encounter what it is that you are truly made of, your values, character and personality and how all these effect your ability to cope in certain situation s and how that can be perceived differently and tamed to your advantage.
I also help you to :
- Find the missing nutrients that keep you searching for; that one way to fill yourself up, with everything other than what you really need, want and what your body crying out for and is lacking the most.
- Discover a place for yourself where you can feel really safe, where you feel exquisitely relaxed and can let life pass you by un-harmed. A stopping off place to breathe again- without it the stress will kill you, first your hormone cortisol will raise through the roof and you will gain weight and never let it go, then you’ll get depressed and give up all hope and you may as well be dead.
- Experience what its like to receive and ask for support when you need it and actually be heard and responded to the way you like
- Get to really know what you want. Have a clear picture of who you are and what you need and desire to thrive. Have dreams and how to go for them
