What Blocks and Stops You From Losing Weight

My sole mission is to help you lose weight. To help you uncover what triggers the chain reaction in your body that causes you to hold on and gaining even more weight and Belly Fat.

No amount of healthy foods, diets, living off salads or green juice will solve all your weight problems, you wont lose the weight, nor will it give you all the energy you desire, as I have found out.

There is a step by step process that is smarter and quicker than any other technique, any other diet, boring restricted regimes or mind set practices out there.

This is the vital link and the massive 80% difference that you have been missing in the process to lose weight.   • Choosing your own nutrition: I will personally help you to get clear on what you can do on a daily basis to stay fueled and fulfilled, and help you to create a supportive tasty and a healthy weekly menu from all the vital nutrients you need.
  • Motivation: I will personally encourage and motivate you to start with anything that creates movement and oxygen around your body, that you enjoy.
  • PDQ Daily rituals: I will guide you through a set of Pretty Damn Quick but very effective daily practices and rituals, that will be so rewarding that they will become as natural to you as brushing your teeth and combing your hair.

Fiona, It was quite an emotional wrap up today for me, after 5 months. I went straight to the pool and swam my heart out !

I  want to say (and share with others if you like) that it’s been a great trip since February. I know inside of me I wanted change but your initial mail with questions really sparked reflection and now I realise how much I was not listening to my body…almost blaming it for not feeling good.

I find your way of coaching is so encouraging and linked to your life experience so is totally plausible. The step by step programme was indeed like building bricks / jigsaw pieces slotting into place..
